Since the beginning of all this misfortune with the coronavirus we have been quite loaded with information, false news, death and nervousness everywhere.
Just the idea of going out in the street already generates a deep stress, now we have to add that to go out there is no gas and add that we do not know how long all this is going to last.
Thank God in my case I've been working at home for years and I haven't had much success with this process of being locked up. It hurts me more for my children who are young and have a whole life ahead of them, it also hurts me to see that classes have stopped and they are not receiving the proper education and when all this is over they will say anything to finish the school year and that's it.
Each house a school
Although they are receiving distance education, I think it is not the same, my husband and I try to complement him as much as we can at home.
I think that is or will be one of my main challenges in this quarantine, to keep them busy trying to train them in their education and in their spiritual side as well.
This week I wanted to work on that emotional and spiritual part, to teach them a little bit about what happened to Jesus Christ, to talk to them about how he taught us to live a holy life. The first thing we practiced was silence; there is nothing better than feeling serenity, peace, and quiet in the soul. Not to say bad words, nor to speak of our neighbor, Jesus teaches us in a new commandment "Love one another as I have loved you" for this translates into that love should be exercised towards others, not because they belong to the same nation, race or color but because they belong to Christ.
Man does not live by bread alone
Nourishing the spirit is also necessary for our health, if you exercise and invigorate yourself with the bread of the word you will be strong to follow the path, be resistant to any adversity and feel emotional peace to get along with your family and friends. On the other hand, if you are weak in this sense, you can become a victim of the evil one.
To achieve this you need to work and fight until you become a whole person (body, mind, spirit, soul).
Do not think that this task is easy, the kids today want to be involved only in the devices whether it is cell phone, TV, play station and do not want to talk about anything other than girlfriends, reggaeton, trap, but the mission of a mother in never giving up, the function of a mother is to be like that, be constant and put discipline in the house.
I don't know how long it will take me to complete this challenge, but rest assured that as long as I am alive and clear, I will try to teach my kids as much good as I can.
my second straight
My second challenge these days has been to learn how to make cakes, I confess that what I've done so far hasn't turned out the way I want. You can see from my latest publications that I've made a chocolate cake, but I've actually made 2, I want them to be like my mom makes, fluffy, soft and to grow or go up a lot.
I'm going to keep trying, I'm not going to give up, so far I have 5 out of 10 points, which means I'm halfway there.
I don't know how long it will take me to do it, I hope it will be soon so that I don't keep wasting so many ingredients, otherwise my husband will tell me not to waste any more flour.
Until now I had made only auyama cakes, yucca and bread, they fit me very well, but this type of cake does not need a sponge cake or to be spongy, since it is a kind of wet type of cake.
But well, so far I have calculated the ingredients and the time in the oven, those two points are important, I hope the next one will be better.

Some of the benefits of Yoga:

The only thing we must be careful about is that if we are starting or getting started in this activity it is good to take into account some observations. Yoga consists of doing a little donkey postures, many have even criticized it, but if you know how to do it you will do very well and you will get good results.
I need to take care of my figure a little, because with so much confinement and eating I wouldn't want to gain a few pounds.
Meanwhile at home we are all still obeying the rules, taking the sanitary measures, and thank God we are all fine together with my neighbours.
