I got inspired hanging out at my favorite steemy restaurant and decided to take a crack at making my own version of their Fusilli Del Verde.
Pictured is organic fusilli pasta, chicken, broccoli, sun dried tomatoes in a garlic and olive oil sauce with a hint of bacon and then an extra hint of bacon lol. Oh yeah, and some grated parm on top.
It was out of this world but no comparison to Il Piccolo Verde.
