Bodybuilding by a vegetarian needs special diet plan or diet chart to follow. He / She Does not consume non veg that does not mean he cannot do bodybuilding. Vegetable diet has plenty of nutrients like protein, carbohydrates in plenty of amount which can help to build best body. Also there is no side effect of veg diet compare to non-veg diet.
I am giving you two healthy and best diet plans for a vegetarian person.
Vegetarian Bodybuilding Diet
Diet plan I for pure Vegetarians
Diet 1: Green Tea + Apple
Diet 2: Boiled Rajma with spices of your own choices along with onion, garlic & tomato tossed in it. : 1 scoop of whey protien (with normal water)
Diet 3: 500 ml milk with 1 scoop of Whey Protein + 1-2 biscuits.
Diet 4: Sprouted moong dal Salad
Diet 5: 1 scoop Whey Protein(Post Workout)
Diet 6: Low Fat Home Made Paneer (include salad if you are hungry, you may include cucumbers, tomatoes, spinach, cabbage etc, don’t include high carb vegetables like corn)
Diet Plan II.
Diet 1: Green Tea + Apple(Apple is totally optional)
Diet 2: Boiled Rajma with spices of your own choices along with onion,garlic & tomato tossed in it : 7 egg whites bhurji (Scrambled eggs)
Diet 3: Boiled Lobhia with mild spices and a little bit onion & tomatoes tosses into it : 7 Boiled Egg Whites
Diet 4: Sprouted moong dal Salad
Diet 5: 1 scoop Whey Protein(Post Workout)
Diet 6: Low Fat Home Made Paneer (include salad if you are hungry, you may include cucumbers, tomatoes, spinach, cabbage etc, don’t include high carb vegetables like corn).
