The Venezuelan government reported today that it requested a red Interpol code against the ex-president of the Parliament Julio Borges, after showing a video of the detained opposition parliamentarian Juan Requesens, where he indicates that he "asked for the favor" of entering the country to one of the accused of the attack.
"It is the necessary accomplice of the operation Juan Requesens who confesses his complicity in the assassination in degree of frustration, but at the same time he denounces and confesses that he did it on the orders of Julio Borges, that is why we have requested a red code", as the Deputy is in Colombia, said the Minister of Communication, Jorge Rodríguez.

"Julio Borges is a coward. He gives orders to Requesens but he is from Bogotá, he also planned the murder of thousands of people because that is what would have happened if the explosives had reached that goal, "said Jorge Rodriguez.
