There is a reason you are earths' mightiest commenters with your powers of persuasion and trolling. So I pose a question to you, do you annoy yourself? If so, how do you annoy yourself? How to scratch that psychological scab and just get under your own skin?
Normally I find myself so funny that even if others don't find me funny I don't care, I will continue because I'm having a good time.
But other times the reverse can be true, don't let me start thinking about things too much, like going running without any music your mind starts to wonder and boom you find yourself picking apart things you thought you had laid to rest many moons ago.
You are your own worst enemy
Do you ever have a great day and your mind just decides to wonder and you start thinking about something stupid you did or said a few years ago and it just ruins your day? lol well, that shit happens to me all the time.
Often our imagination gets the better of us and we create realities in our mind far worse than what it actually is, in fact, life is often the more boring option, so I guess we're just looking for some sort of overdramatisation at times.
It's not the only thing that I do to annoy myself, my tendency to procrastinate and then finding myself scrambling to get things done and then looking back in hindsight, that's always a keeper, right?
Reacting to certain situations when it called for a cooler head or just a step back, this one I've been able to ring in a fair bit but I do find myself slipping into old habits at times.
Bullshitting myself like making promises to do something like work out or not binge eat and then doing it anyway lol that conversation is always an interesting one I can tell you that much.
