Chronic diseases are those diseases that takes time to manifest but upon manifestation can not be medically cured but can be managed through out the person's lifetime. Examples include:

These chronic diseases causes death, severe pain and suffering
Individuals go through three zones in life which are Vibrant zone(1-25years), Tired zone (26-50 years) and Sick or manifestation zone(51years and above). Most chronic diseases show up at Sick or Manifestation zone because lots of cells which helps in building up of the body was lost during Tired zone where approximately 10,000 cells is lost daily.
There are three main healthy pattern that should be observed to maintain a good and health lifestyle free from all these chronic diseases which include:
- Rest
- Exercise
- Diet
Rest: it is the total shutdown of the mental and physical activities of the body through sleep and it should be observed maximum of 7-8hours.
Exercise: They are the conscious activities we engage in to keep our body fit. Examples include: running, jogging, skipping e.t.c and this must be observed between 5am- 8am or 5pm-8pm for just 30minutes, anything outside this is stress.
Diet: This are the classes of food taken in their correct proportion.
- Caborhydrate intake should be 5% e.g rice, yam e.t.c
- Protein intake should be 15% e.g beans, meat, milk e.t.c
- Fruits and vegetable should be 30% e.g pawpaw, carrot, cucumber , lettuce e.t.c.
NOTE: Do not overcook this vegetables so as not to loose the nutrients in them. Cooking on a low heat is preferable. Eating as much as ones body can carry for these fruits and vegetables is advised. No restrictions to it. - Wholegrain and nuts should be 50% e.g groundnut, coconut, cashew but, tiger nut.
NOTE: Eat as much as your body can carry. - Also drinking enough water helps in detoxifying the toxic substances in the body which is then passed out as urine.
- Doing away with some habits such as excessive consumption of sugar, high intake of alcohol, smoking e.t.c is also advised
Prevention they say is better than cure and health is wealth. Its best to maintain a healthy daily living than to start looking for cure.
