Hello steemians, My Names are Ofoegbu Chimdalu Benedict, A Nigerian and a Devout Christian.
I am chocolate in complexion. A student the Department of Electrical Electronics Engineering in Federal Polytechnic Oko, the mother polytechnic to the great institution Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka. Both institutions are located in Anambra State.
I would refer to myself as an Intelligent, smart, intuitive, curious and God-Fearing young man even though many might think otherwise because of how simply I live my life. I don’t discriminate and I take everyone as family because one way or the other we are all connected and coming into steemit has helped me socialize more than ever. Not just because of the posting and earning, but the fact that I get to meet new people from all over the world even Nigerians as well (though I was surprised that the steemit community in Nigeria has a large community).
MY KNOWLEDGE OF THE EXISTENCE OF THIS PLATFORM
Initially when I was introduced by a friend (
My interest picked up on this platform when my friend earlier mentioned cashed out 2.8 SBD which was worth around #8500 in Nigerian naira. Then I became serious on the platform. At first, I was all about earning, thinking that every post I made would have massive payouts. But it didn’t work out that way for. When I created my first untalented adjustments post, I have a payout of slightly above 2 SBD, and that made me become very much interested in the platform. That was when I realized it was not about just earning but creating quality post that will influence the life of other, and pass needed information round the platform.
My Friend that introduced me to this platform didn’t fail in guiding me through the steps required to establish my little blog on this platform. He answered every question and helped me through till I fully grasped the idea of steemit.
MY JOURNEY SO FAR ON STEEMIT
As I write this post now, I post great quality contents for fun and just for good of the steemit community.
As an engineer in the field, though mostly into electronics and electronics programming for embed systems, I would say that steemit has been a very supportive and helpful platform.
Groups like 
I also met people in the same field on this platform, and interacting with them, both those from abroad has widened my scope of knowledge.
PEOPLE THAT HAVE GREATLY INFLUENCED MY LIFE ON THIS PLATFORM

AMAZING ADJUSTMENTS IN MY LIFE SINCE I JOINED STEEMIT
- I no longer spend too much time on social networks like facebook, whatsapp, twitter and so on.
- They said once a great writer, always a great writer, someone quoted but don’t know who. LOL.
I once used to write essays that qualified me for scholarships, and also I was the best English student
while in school.
Now as I am on this platform, I can harness my writing skills and out them to good use by always creating quality content. - Due to steemit, I have now fully utilized my data for better purposes.
