Teens who are depressed is best to deal with them calmly and talk to them in a way that will make them feel safe around us. Many young youths who are growing up faces trauma everyday either from academic, peer pressure and sometimes from social media.
In the Bible, we see that God cares deeply about the brokenhearted and those who feel low. Teens need to feel safe enough to talk without being judged, and they should be surrounded by people who listen and support them.
The Bible teaches that God is close to those who are hurting and gives strength to the weak. When teens feel depressed, they should be encouraged to pray and talk to God about their feelings instead of keeping everything inside. They also need guidance from trusted adults like parents, pastors, or counselors who can help them find hope again and remind them that life has purpose.
