God gave us life and He also have the right to take it away from us anyday, because of this we must take good care of our body because our body is the temple of the holy spirit. Staying healthy biblically involves eating properly, resting, avoiding harmful habits, and living with self-control. The Bible teaches us in the book of Corinthians that our bodies are the temple of the Holy Spirit, reminding believers to honor God through the way they care for themselves. Good health is not only physical but also spiritual and emotional.
The Bible also encourages peace of mind, prayer, and trust in God because stress, fear, and anger can affect a person’s health. A healthy life includes kindness, forgiveness, and wisdom in daily living.
Proverbs 17:22, the Bible says, “A cheerful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones.”
This shows that joy, faith, and a peaceful heart are important parts of living a healthy life according to biblical teaching.
