Greetings everyone!
We all are living our lives and of course most of us have some pressure for the family, work etc or any kind of pressure. We all are different we take life in different way. But any how we need to deal with the problem with the loads of work and everything. It's all about how you handle the pressure and everything. Many people make some way to realize the stress either doing meditation or something where things get distract easily. We all need some break from our constant thoughts which make us feel more pressure.
We all know life is all about ups and downs, but more important is how do you heal and face the situation, let me tell you when I feel pressure or unfocus in my life. How I am treating myself in that situation. Of course meditation is the first thing it makes you really very calm. Meditation is all about a break from your thoughts weather it's a good or bad. You should give your mind some rest because it is working really 24x7 all day with load. You need to give some for yourself and take care of your health too.
Staying under the pressure is all about the life, we all need to work hard. But more important it's about how better you deal it with. When I am under pressure or I am feeling headache all I do is meditate for 5 minutes every morning it keeps my mind very calm I am doing very often it helps me a lot. My brain cells get relax and I feel more fresh, last time I did was a week ago. And almost once or twice I am doing a week. Not for long time but only for 5 minutes too helps me to cure my brain.
And doing meditation it feels like I am having a productive day I am feeling way more active even with the pressure, I think that good habits really attracts the good things. I am having lot of work pressure through out the day so of course I need some break for myself, I have such work that somedays it's impossible for me to have a time with myself too. So meditating helps me to sit with my own thoughts and a break from what I was thinking regularly. Controlling your own thoughts is really way more harder.
I can't maintain the discipline for mediating daily. I am getting distract very easily, if you ask me that I wanna continue or not, then of course I need too. I want to develop this exercise in my day to day life. It really helps to make calm mind, blood flow, impacts on skin and many more. I want to do it daily, but still trying my best as often if I can do. I will also tell other people to develop this in your life it impacts in many ways, and more important you can increase your focus too.
