Toledo is a small city in the center of Spain, has an important tourist area with its architecture and history. There is an intense tourism trend here from foreign countries. Forty Spanish collections, including the historic part of Toledo, entered the UNESCO World Heritage List.
The city was named Toletum at the time of the Romans. After the conquest of Muslim Arab in the next eighth century of Milat, the name of the city was recognized by the Arabs and other Muslim nations as Tuyltula.
