Hello, friends. Who does not like pizza. Ha, of course, everybody does. Usually, a pizza is associated with fast-food, high calories dishes. But not today!
Today I am going to show you the recipe which you can use even when you keep a diet! And it does not make it less tasty. Here we go!
Ingredients:
• Zucchinis 2 not big vegetables
• 2 eggs or if you are on a diet 3 egg white
• 2-3 tomatoes
• Pepper, salt
• Mushrooms (I use champignons ) for topping (or any staff you like corn, broccoli…)
• Home cheese or mozzarella
First, let’s prepare the crust. Grate the zucchinis and leave it for 10-15 minutes to let juice to come out. If you will not do it, the crust will not become firm. Then squeeze out the rest of extra juice and mix the stuff with 2 or 3 egg whites.
Then add some cheese.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Put the wax paper for baking on an oven-tray or use a special form for pizza. Destitute the grated zucchinis in this form and put in the oven for 20 minutes.
While the crust is in the oven, prepare tomato sauce. Cut tomatoes into small pieces, then use a blender to make it liquid, add some pepper and salt.
Then cut the mushrooms in medium pieces, put in in boiling water for 3-5 mins. We are going to use for topping. If you wish to put something else you can put it)
Our crust is ready.
Now we put our sauce and mushrooms on top, then grate cheese and put it on top also. Put it in the oven again to let the cheese melt.
Voila! Your super tasty and healthy pizza is ready.
