It’s a lovely midweek outchea and today got me working as usual even though I rounded up quite early and jumped on the Splinterlands game. Today I played in two different leagues cos I had to fight in the MODERN league as promised and also in the FRONTIER league. The MODERN league was fun and also challenging as always but I conquered in the end. I managed to win about 5 games for the day and that boosted my GLINT amount which is a good development. My GLINT accumulated this season has now risen to 2181 making my total number of GLINT 4761 which is a good sign. My highest winstreak has moved to 3 and I have 44 battles left to qualify. Earlier today when I entered the FRONTIER league, I had the opportunity to spin the wheel and claimed some amount of SPARK and a AVATAR Item which was a VEGA OUTFIT. I’m loving the wheelspin experience and not planning to miss the streak. So after the MODERN league I also fought battles in the FRONTIER league where I won five battles and was able to claim 3 foundation cards and 2 entries into the Weekly FORTUNE draw. Even though the cards I claimed were neither RARE, EPIC and LEGENDARY card. I’m still thankful cos it wasn’t an easy task winning todays game in both leagues. Let’s take a look at the cards I claimed today.
The first and second cards I won today were the HUNGRY ULUND which is of the ULUND bloodline. The cards belong to the RANGED Attack category. The third card is called the WILHELMDALE DEPUTY which is also a RANGED Attack card and belongs to the HUMAN bloodline. None of the cards has a special ability. The first two cards belong to the LIFE element while the third one belongs to the EARTH element. It’s been a while I combined my cards but will look into that by tomorrow and see how to do so to level them up. I’m actually going all in on the two leagues currently and will be sharing updates on here. There is no power supply in my neighborhood presently if not I would have played more games but that will be tomorrow I guess as it’s almost midnight over here in my timezone. In my opinion, I think combining the cards that are due to be combined will help me win more battles as most of my opponents in the battles I loose have had their cards combined previously. It is something that happens when players on Splinterlands do not have their cards leveled up , they get to loose more fights than they should so if you are a newbie or planning to get on, take note of that. But you must know that you can sell or rent the card once you combine them as it is equivalent to burning the cards. Watch this space for my progress in acquiring GLINT on the MODERN league.
