Encouragement is an action that can help in keeping someone going. It increases confidence. It makes one not to loose hope. It also aids in making one believe in him/herself.
Everyone is unique in their own kind of way, and when they put in work to do what they are good at. They need encouragement from either friends, fans or family to try harder and give in their best just to do better next time.
You will be shocked and surprised at how many dreams have been lost. And how many people have given up hope on something they really put their energy in, but could not achieve it just because it seemed they were not doing any better.
No matter how good or talented one is, without being encouraged, you will not feel the inner energy to thrive harder and put in more work.
One will be amused how encouraging people will bring out the best in them. Every one is blessed in different fields. It does not cost us anything by appreciating others effort.
Try not to hesitate in encouraging someone today, as that could just be a perfect way to boost the person's confidence, as some people might not know what they are capable of doing until they are being encouraged.
