Balut (hard-boiled 14-day old egg) and Chicharon Bulaklak (pork skin crackers) are delicacies Filipinos love to eat especially with beer or alcoholic beverages. Yet some love to eat them without the alcohol.
Seasoned with salt and hot & spicy vinegar, balut and chicharon bulaklak are a treat on their own.
