Il Problema Dell'inflazione E Dei Bot-Vote Su HIVE

se seguite Hive account@blocktrades avrete notato un suo post in cui propone una possibile e condivisa soluzione al miglioramento della premiazione dei post e anche ad una riduzione dell'emissione di nuove monete HIVE ogni anno. Attualmente l'inflazione su HIVE è di circa 8,5 % con una riduzione dello 0,5 % annui, che è ancora un numero alto di monete emesse, a discapito anche del valore della moneta stessa.

Il problema in realtà si concentra sul miglioramento dei premi per gli autori e soprattutto per i buoni contenuti. Essere un attento curatore significa leggere molto post e valutare con attenzione il valore del nostro voto, qualora il post lo meriti per davvero. Il tempo necessario a queste operazioni è lungo e per questo a volte votiamo dopo aver letto un titolo o visto qualche bella immagine oppure votiamo a fiducia l'autore perché lo conosciamo.

Ma quanti bei contenuti probabilmente ci stiamo perdendo o non sono sufficientemente ricompensati?

Un esempio evidente possiamo osservarlo nella nostra comunità: se non ci fosse il nostro caro Hive account@fedesox a darci un sostanzioso sostegno, i nostri post sarebbero per lo più ignorati dagli altri curatori. Scrivere buoni contenuti non è sempre garanzia di ricevere buone ricompense.

Parte del problema è dovuto all'attuale sistema di ricompense e ai bot che permettono di votare in automatico al posto del curatore.

I grandi e piccoli stakeholders preferiscono utilizzare programmi come hive.vote attraverso cui è possibile curare i post, indipendentemente dalla qualità, di determinati autori, soprattutto se hanno un buon seguito e ottengono buoni voti perché per ottenere il massimo profitto in curation è necessario votare intorno al quarto minuto. Ovviamente non si ha il tempo di leggere un post medio lungo in così breve tempo.

Per porre un freno all'utilizzo dei bot ed alla inflazione si potrebbe ridurre la ricompensa dei curatori del 75%. Questa proposta ridurrebbe l'inflazione attualmente a 6,5 % e dovrebbe a questo punto disincentivare l'utilizzo dei bot, poiché le ricompense della curation sarebbero tali da incentivare, in teoria, la curation manuale.

if you follow Hive account@blocktrades you will have noticed one of his posts in which he proposes a possible and shared solution to improve the awarding of posts and also to reduce the issue of new HIVE coins every year. Currently inflation on HIVE is around 8.5% with a reduction of 0.5% per year, which is still a high number of coins issued, also at the expense of the value of the coin itself.

The problem actually focuses on improving rewards for authors and especially good content. Being a careful editor means reading a lot of posts and carefully evaluating the value of our vote, if the post truly deserves it. The time required for these operations is long and for this reason we sometimes vote after reading a title or seeing some beautiful images or we vote in confidence the author because we know him.

But how many great content are we likely missing out on or not rewarded enough?

We can see an obvious example in our community: if our dear Hive account@fedesox weren't there to give us substantial support, our posts would be mostly ignored by other editors. Writing good content isn't always a guarantee of receiving good rewards.

Part of the problem is with the current rewards system and bots that allow automatic voting instead of the curator.

Large and small stakeholders prefer to use programs like hive.vote through which it is possible to curate the posts, regardless of the quality, of certain authors, especially if they have a good following and get good ratings because to get the most profit in curation it is necessary to vote around in the fourth minute. Obviously you don't have the time to read a medium to long post in such a short time.

To curb the use of bots and inflation, the healer's reward could be reduced by 75%. This proposal would reduce inflation currently to 6.5% and should at this point discourage the use of bots, since the rewards of curation would be such as to incentivize, in theory, manual curation.
