As a kid I struggled with my ADHD. Never being able to focus, always distracted and constantly in trouble. Typical ADHD kid.
Most of my teachers didn't think I would amount to much or be successful. Thank God I have a supportive family that always encouraged me and never let me believe those statements.
My father got me to start working out at age 12 and it changed my life and my ADHD. It gave me outlet for all my excess energy and helped me focus. I went on to compete in powerlifting and broke 24 World, National & Fl. State records. I was also published in Sports Illustrated.
At age 23 I have owned/operated a gym with my father and this past year started my own supplement company.
Point of all this. Don't let your ADHD or other people's comments get in the way of becoming successful.
You control your destiny NOT your ADHD!
