周末有点时间,做了一次炸酥肉,感觉还不错,成品酥脆可口,不过老婆说有点淡,估计是盐放少了一点,整体效果还是不错的。
制作过程:
一、一斤多一点的瘦肉多点肥肉少点的五花肉,洗净沥干,6个土鸡蛋打进去,加少量盐,胡椒粉,本来想加花椒的,不过老婆不喜欢一颗一颗的花椒,于是换为少量花椒油代替,加入豆粉,可以不加水,搅拌均匀待用。
2、控制好油温,加入已经拌好了的五花肉,可以加一块生姜一起炸。
3、炸到金黄色,用筷子感觉一下,脆了就行,外酥里嫩就看这个时候了,沥干多余的油。
4、装盘,炸酥肉新鲜出炉
