I was making a transfer to my Steemit Wallet, and this is what I got ! How you like that. I contacted support and made a ticket over 10 days ago, and I was quite polite, realizing that the Steem is down on Poloneix, and that there is no deposits or withdrawals temporarily.

Well, after over 10 days, this is what I said on my updated ticket.
I realize the traffic you are getting, and the fustratation you are having. I'm sure you probably have hundreds, or possibly thousand of ticket to answer to and to alleviate the problems, you are having.
As you can see , I am calm and collected, but I advise that you at least have a person who would reply every 24 hours, to at least make us guys who have lost on trades, profits, and anticipating that our coins would be at risk of being lost. So, please at least reply to my ticket, and make me feel that I am important to you. thank you Al
