Here we are, 444 followers.
I'm not posting these milestones to brag - I just love capturing those numbers. And I want to measure how long it takes to build up a followership here on Steemit - if you do the work. (Plus, I like looking up what those numbers mean in Numerology.)
I actually missed 333! I wonder what that means, the fact that I missed it??? ;) But it's been 20 days since 222. That means, on average, it took me 10 days to get to 333, and another 10 to get to 444.
Only 10 days!!
As I mentioned before, it took me weeks to get to 111 (because I made no effort). When I did start to make an effort, it only took 14 days to get to 222. And now it's down to 10 days each.
Let's see how long it takes to get to 555.
Let's also see, if having more and more followers actually means anything and makes a substantial difference. Just because the number of followers increases, doesn't mean that more people will actually open and upvote my posts. Plus, if these are 99% minnows with very little voting power (which is very possible, given how many people join Steemit on a daily basis), I might not see any results in earnings.
