Pad Thai Noodle/Rice Noodle
Ingredients
375 grams Noodle Pad Thai dry (rice noodle), soak in warm water until soft
5 cloves of Garlic, finely chopped
5 Shallots, finely chopped
200 g Shrimp peeled
250 g White Tofu, sliced and fried half cooked
200 g Bean Sprouts
20 lbr Kucai, cut into pieces of 5 cm ( can use leek or spring onion )
20 g Tamarind, soak in 10 tbsp of hot Water, squeeze and take the water
4 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt
15 tablespoons Fish Sauce
Fat for sauteing
1 Lime, halfed
2 tablespoons of fried Peanuts
Making Steps
Heat fat to the skillet, saute garlic and shallots until fragrant.
Add in the shrimp, cook until the shrimp change color, add in tofu and rice noodle, stir well then add tamarind water, sugar, salt and fish oil, mix well.
Add in the sprouts and chives, stir briefly, remove the heat.
Serve in serving plate then sprinkle with fried peanuts and put 1 or 2 lemon sliced on top.
