Greetings Hive folks, and especially to the wizards at Hive account@magi.network! I decided to participate in the contest despite not having much knowledge about trading, pools, and betting. However, we're all here to learn, and here's my humble entry. Like many others, I'm learning as I go.

This was the first thing I saw when I arrived at the Magi Network website:

There, they tell me that the Magi Network is:

A next-generation cross-chain protocol that enables native asset settlement, multi-chain wallet smart contract interactions, and unified access to assets across multiple blockchains, all from a single self-custodial wallet of your choice.

Essentially, what this means is that the Magi Network is a new and improved technology for connecting different cryptocurrencies and networks (such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, or Binance Smart Chain). Previously, these networks were like deserted islands that didn't communicate with each other. Magi becomes the super-ship that connects them all.

This means you can exchange one currency for another directly without intermediaries. Furthermore, you can use "games," lending platforms, NFT purchases, or any application on any network, regardless of which network your money is originally on. The technology handles the paperwork and conversions behind the scenes to make everything work.

Another interesting aspect of this protocol is that you won't have to open ten different wallets (one for Solana, another for Bitcoin, another for Ethereum). You can use your existing wallet and from there you'll be able to see, move, and control all your money across all networks, as if it were all in a single bank account.

In short; Magi Network is a new tool that lets you use your favorite crypto wallet to store, exchange, and use any cryptocurrency from any network directly, without a hassle, without switching apps, and without losing control of your keys.

Basically, they want to make managing crypto as easy as sending a WhatsApp message, regardless of the network your money is on.

This seems like a great option to me, and I think it will be one of the best alternatives on Hive.

The first thing I'll do is send Hive from my Hive wallet to the Magi Network, and once there, I'll convert my Hive into HBD to stake them and earn a 12% APR. 1- Go to Deposit, choose the Hive Main Network

Enter the amount of 20 Hive to transfer from Hive to your Magi Network wallet

Accept the transaction and that's it, your Hive is in your account 20 hive are in the Magi Network wallet.

2- Let's convert them to HBD

Go to Exchanges and choose to exchange the 20 hive that are in the Magi Network for HBD

We check that the amounts are correct, see that it appears to send to the same Magi Network, and click Exchange.

We review the Exchange status, make sure everything is correct, and We traded.

Done, here we have 1,186 HBD equivalent to $1.17 USD

Now we'll let these HBD earn a 12% APR

I tried to bet and it looks like I need to withdraw the amount I converted on HBD to my Hive Wallet. I'm learning as I go.

Once I withdrew my HBD to my Hive wallet, I proceeded to place the bet in the Magi Network wallet.

Significa que puedes cambiar una moneda por otra directamente sin usar intermediarios. Puedes usar tu billetera de siempre y desde ahí vas a poder ver, mover y controlar todo tu dinero de todas las redes juntas, como si estuvieran en una sola cuenta bancaria.

En fin; Magi Network es una herramienta nueva que te permite usar tu billetera cripto favorita para guardar, cambiar y usar cualquier criptomoneda de cualquier red directamente, sin dar mil vueltas, sin cambiar de aplicación y sin perder el control de tus llaves."

Básicamente, quieren que manejar cripto sea tan fácil como mandar un mensaje de WhatsApp, sin importar en qué red esté metido el dinero.

Esto básicamente a mí me parece una buena opción y creo que será una de las mejores alternativas en Hive.

Los invito a que me acompañen para ver cómo funciona. Lo primero que haré será enviar hive de mi billetera de Hive a la Red Magi y una vez allí, convertiré mis hive en HBD para apostarlos y ganar el 12% de APR, es una buena idea, de esta forma obtengo ganancias, realizo transacciones dentro de la Red de Magi Network para participar en el concurso y a su vez aprovechar y aprender más sobre criptomonedas.

1- Nos vamos a depósito, elegimos la Red Principal de Hive

Colocamos la cantidad de 20 hive para traer de Hive a mi billetera de Magi Networ

Aceptamos la transacción y listo, ya mis 20 hive están en la billetera de Magi Network

2- Vamos a convertirlos en HBD

Nos vamos a Intercambios y elegimos hacer el intercambio de los 20 hive que están en la Red de Magi e intercambiarlos por HBD

Revisamos que los montos sean los adecuados, vemos que aparezca enviar a la misma Red de Magi y le damos a Intercambiar.

Vemos la revisión de Intercambio, nos cercioramos de que todo esté bien e intercambiamos.

Listo, aquí tenemos 1,186 HBD equivalente a 1,17 USD

Una vez aquí vamos a dejar que esto HBD ganen 12% de APR
