Today I will teach you how to cook a very sweet and tasty cake
In our country ( Russia) we call it - Cake on the ruins of the princely
This cake are our traditional family dish.
I can remember the first time my mother made this cake, I thought it was somewhat unusual. I went to her and said that it reminds me of what the mountain ruins looked like. I was very interested on how to bake this delicious cake.
And now I'll teach you.
Step 1: Ingredients
Eggs - 2 pc
Sour cream - 700 gr
White Flour - 200 gr
Sugar - 400 gr
Cocoa - 125 gr
Butter - 100 gr
Vinegar - 2 teaspoons
Baking soda - 2 teaspoons
Step 2: Mixing the batter
Take big bowl and break 2 eggs into it, mix with 200 grams of sour cream.
Next, mix seperately baking soda with vinegar and pour into the bowl.
Add 200 grams of flour and 180 grams of sugar.
Mix all the ingredients together and place the bowl in the firdge for 30 minutes.
Step 3:
Divide the dough into 3 parts.
The first part stay as it is.
The second and third portions you add 25 grams of cocoa to each.
To make the cream for the cake, take 500 grams of sour cream and 180 grams of sugar and mix it all, put it aside.
Next we make the glaze for our cake.
Again, very simple.
Take 75 grams of cocoa, 75 grams of sugar, 100 grams of butter and 75 grams of sour cream mix this all together in a por in bring it to a boil for 5 min.
Step 4:
Now bake the cake layers from our dough using 3 different pans.
One cake we will be white, and the other two brown.
Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes at 180C.
Step 5:
When the cake layers have cooled, taker the 2 brown layers and cut into squares (white cake layers don't touch).
Next: Grease the cake layers with the cream mixture and cut into squares. Start building a pyramid with the brown squares on top of the white cake layer.
Step 6:
After building the pyramid with our cakes, we pour the glaze all over it.
It is very important to spread the cream evenly over the two brown sheets of cake. Use your imaginasition when building your pyramid.
Step 7:
Cake is ready, Now you can indulge yourself with this very sweet and delicious cake.
