Hi my dearest friends of steemit! Today I would share with you the easy recipe of fried fish in Moroccan way with Moroccan spices,
In the last Friday I went with my sister in law to the farmer market and I went to the fish seller for buy some fresh fishes , because I don’t like the frozen one , always I like to buy all fresh to can enjoy the good taste when I cook it, and I foundyso many kinds of fish , I bought different fishes , some I bought them especially for frying, and the other for cooking with vegetables, in oven....
I was very happy that I found what I was looking for, and the fish which I will share it with you are so yummy, and the first time I taste it.
So to prepare this yummy fish you need:
DIRECTION:
- 500 g of white fish
- coriander cut it finely
- lemon juice
- 4 cloves of garlic grated
- paprika
- cumin powder
- little turmeric powder
- oil
- Black pepper
- mustard
- salt
- egg
- cangia powder
Direction:
- marinate the fish with all the ingredients above, and when you want to fry it , add 1 egg to the mixture and put it in cangia powder and fry them in hot oil.
