Today I made a delicious dish! Last time i went to the farmer market and I bought a beautiful aubergine (bio), I found that the gratin is a good choice to enjoy them in the Moroccan way with 3 kind of cheese 🧀, mozzarella, emmental, cheddar.
And I stuffed them with Turkish kofta which I made many dish with this great recipe , am sure if you try it you will like it!!
So to make this yummy dish you need:
INGREDIENTS:
- 5 aubergine
- Turkish patties ( kofta)
- onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- coriander
- paprika +salt+cumin +Black pepper +ginger powder + bread crumbs +egg
- tomato sauce panzani arabiata
- Mozzarella cheese +Emmental+ Cheddar
I will start with Turkish kofta :
- you need 500 gms of meat +coriander +onion+ 2 cloves of garlic, put all in high blender until you get a patties then add the other (salt +cumin+Black pepper +turmeric powder +paprika +ginger powder)+egg+mix them well and add the bread crumbs.
- cut the aubergine in slices, and spread little salt and little black pepper , and put them in the oven for 20 minutes.
- stuff the aubergine with the Turkish kofta and and put the tomato sauce in the mold then put them on it.
- Put the cheese 🧀 on the top , and let it cook for 20 minutes.

As you noticed it is quite an easy recipe but surely everyone will like it! I enjoyed it with some bread!!!
It was really very delicious!
