I will share with you the Moroccan batbout with the Mauritian catless patties, which I made before a post about how to prepare the Mauritian patties and also the Moroccan bread batbout, today I mixed the patties with the fried aubergine in the Mauritian way .
Today no recipe, because all of them already I made a post about them, if any one want to know how to prepare them just he has to check out my ancient posts , and he will see all I wrote it in details.
Today I want to share just some photos of my Moroccan burger 🍔 in my iftaar which I ate it with Moroccan hot mint tea!!!
Look how much tasty 😋!!!! And just with simple ingredients, and easy to make them !
Especially the children , they like it so much !
My brother in law children always asked me to prepare them .
I used 2 kind of sauce, the fruity sweet and chilli sauce and garlic and chili 🌶 sauce.
I didn’t use anything more , but come so tasty.
I hope you like this mixture of the Mauritian and Moroccan culture. which creates this amazing sandwich!!
