Hello world of foodies!
Today's post will be my entry into the 12th round of Steemit Sandwich Contest run by 
So this one will the the 12th sandwich I am making on Steemit thanks to SSC!!!
Without losing too much time, let me show you what I did for this week!
Chicken Tikka Wrap
Chicken Tikka is actually a dish I discovered when I cam to Mauritius! It is simply chicken breast thinly sliced , then marinated with spices, herbs and garlic, then breaded and fried till crispy!
To make the wrap, I used the following :
- Tortilla sheet - As usual I made it myself and I will share the recipe soon!
- Chicken Tikka - Homemade again, recipe to come during this week.
- Tomato
- Onion
- Lettuces
- Gherkins
- Mushroom
- Garlic Mayo
- Peri peri sauce
You simply need to arrange the above ingredients delicately on the tortilla!
Roll it and you have your wrap ready!
Just need to toast/grill it!
This is the wrap before toasting!
Put it in the toaster for 2 minutes until well grilled!
Et voila my dear friends, a yummy wrap is ready to be enjoyed!
Cut it in half, add some French fries and more garlic mayo and peri peri sauce!!!
