Dr: any chance to reduce it?
Me: paused for a while
Dr: seems like a no, but you should reduce you caffein intake...
Is how the conversation at the dental clinic before my dental treatment. It has been quite some years that I had visited the dentist.
Cleaning and restoration was done to my teeth today. According to the Dr, my teeth colour has been badly affected by my caffein intake. Another thing is that plague deposition on my teeth have also start to affect my gum, making it unhealthy. My tooth decay was not that bad, at least just restoration is alright (done 3 decay tooth, 4 more to go) . So in another 3 months need to revisit dentist again to check on my gum and other decayed tooth.
As a start I will reduce my caffein intake and clean my teeth properly.
After every meal:
- Brush
- Rinse
- Floss
So care for your teeth before it's too late.
