Hello friends of Feel Good community and good day! I hope you're all doing well. Today I want to share my entry for this week's Phone Photography contest #107: The Portal. Portals are described as a large door or entrance. The Portal in BGC, Manila is not that. It's a a large circular screen that livestreams people from other cities around the world in real time. We can see them and they can see us, building a connection from far away places. We can wave at people abroad and they do so too but there’s no audio, just visual interaction. It was fun nonetheless to communicate with others by just a simple wave, finger heart or smile.

There are seven portals around the world including the one in BGC, Manila. There is one in Vilnius, Lithuania; Lublin, Poland; Philadelphia, USA; Dublin, Ireland; Piaui, Brazil and Ipswich, United Kingdom. The feed rotates to show different cities. Because of different time zones, some cities have no people while others show a busy street.

The screen is so clear I feel that I can step through and be on the other side of the portal.
I hope there will be more portals in the future that connects us in a peaceful way especially in today's current events.
