You're right it has to be both Cardio and Weights! The program I'm doing right now is the Bizzy Workout and it's a combination of cardio and weights for the busy individual. It's an hour in the gym or home tops. No excusses, even though I have plenty. My wife and I just started blogging about our journey eating better and working out!
