These posts are meant to help beginning players construct teams to achieve their daily quest goals, while not requiring too much in the way of card investment. Out of recognition that Epics are really useful in this context, and not too difficult to get, we've included each splinter's Rares and Epics even though they aren't included in the starter pack. We exclude Legendaries and Epic Summoners, and use only neutrals that are in the starter pack.
These teams are meant to be functional to achieve ten victories in a reasonable amount of time. Daily quests don't require winning all the time, or even most of the time, but merely to get to ten wins total. The nature of a level 1 team is that it won't always win, but these teams will win often enough to complete your quest and get your reward pack. Once you've accumulated a few reward packs you can move on to building stronger teams.

Aim True doesn't matter a great deal to us at level one with no legendaries, as we basically don't use dodge, and we don't use flying much. The only card we use that it really hurts is Cocatrice. So these are pretty normal teams.
Fire: Malric Inferno, Cerberus, Kobold Miner, Elven Cutthroat, Fire Demon, Fire Beetle.
Water: Alric Stormbringer, Naga Warrior, Medusa, Mischievous Mermaid, Crustacean King.
Earth: Lyanna Natura, Stonesplitter Orc, Magi of the Forest, Centaur, Earth Elemental.
Life: Tyrus Paladium, Silvershield Paladin, Feral Spirit, Peacebringer, Air Elemental.
Death: Zintar Mortalis, Haunted Spirit, Screaming Banshee, Dark Enchantress, Haunted Spider.
