Wicked Wednesday. 30 minutes of max output.
When making these training videos I need to take time for setting up the camera etc between blocks. This can normally lead to an extra 20 seconds rest. In this video I leave the camera on for the full workout. So lets see if you can keep up. THIS IS MAXIMUM OUTPUT!

If you don't push yourself you will never get the desired results.
The most truthful saying you will ever hear and i know it is a cliche but it is so true "No pain No gain"
You control your output know body else.
Technique and syncing your breathing with the movement is vital.
Today I let the camera record nonstop so you can see the intensity you should be training at to get results.

This workout was one of my hardest to date, but my conditioning is definitely improving.
KILLER MOVE
Todays Killer Move is what i call a "Lunge Curl"
You get into the lunge position then do arm curls. You do this for your right and left leg. 5 Reps on each leg is a good starter.
Make sure to keep your body upright when in the lunge position and dont bend over otherwise you may injure your back.
KEEP THAT FORM STRICT!
