Today I will talk about physical and psychological exhaustion. Not to get too big I'll split the post into two parts. The first, about the symptoms and the second about the possible solutions.

He feels exhausted physically and also psychologically, without energy. When you wake up, you think you can not face the day. No desire to get out of bed.
I am angry.
One of the symptoms of exhaustion is nervousness, irritability, and hypersensitivity. We lose self-control with ease. We begin to interpret events as if they were threats, we react by putting ourselves on the defensive.
Restless, troubled sleep or insomnia.
Behind the exhaustion are hidden unresolved problems that dominate your mind, taking away your peace, this picture does not allow you to sleep well. You stay up for several hours at night.
I do not feel pleasure.
You can not enjoy small pleasures. The things you saw as good, no longer satisfy you. It seems that everything is in black and white. Occasionally I felt it to be in a kind of limbo, which keeps it from reality, like a fluctuation.
No motivation.
When you're exhausted, you simply do not find the motivation to get involved in new projects or do things you loved before. Simple tasks seem tedious and you feel apathetic. It all comes down to disenchantment, disappointment or despair.
Your memory betrays you.
Your level of attention is affected, such as a flawed process, when you are exhausted, there are also frequent lapses. You probably forget messages, do not remember where you left the keys, or do not remember clearly what you ate the day before. Your mind is saturated to continue processing and storing information.
Thinking in slow motion.
Psychological exhaustion, affects cognitive processes, you may find that you are thinking more slowly or have difficulty thinking, like a stupor of thoughts. What you used to do quickly becomes difficult, and sometimes you have even found logic out of ideas. Can not follow a class or speech.
