Today i will share a recipe of mix vegetable stir fried is blend of flavors and textures, this dish is a staple in many cuisines around the world, offering a healthy and delicious option for any meal.Here's a simple recipe for cabbage, peas, carrot, and capsicum mixed vegetable dish .
Ingredients
πΊshredded cabbage 1

πΊ 1 Onion π§

πΊ 1/2 cup Spring onions

πΊ 1 large tomato π

πΊ 1 cup green Peas π«

πΊ 1 cup ( carrot π₯+ capsicum π«)


πΊ 4 chopped green chilli

πΊ Coriander leaves for garnish
πΊ Salt as required
πΊ Preparation
First, finely shred the cabbage
.

πΊ Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.Add chopped onions , green chilli and cook until they turn translucent .




πΊ Add carrots, peas, and capsicum. Mix everything well .



πΊAdd turmaric powder and Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become mushy and the oil starts separating.


πΊAdd shredded cabbage and Mix everything well.Cover and cook on low heat for about 10-12 minutes or until the vegetables are cooked through, stirring occasionally.




πΊOnce the vegetables are cooked, garnish with fresh coriander leaves.



πΊServe hot with roti or Paratha.
