Whenever I would eat I produce gas most of the time and especially when I eat foods with lactose. The lactose in my foods doesn't get digested well and it begins to get broken down by bacteria in my gut and thus will produce gas. Now what is inconvenient is that I could not pass gas that easily when I am sitting down and I have to lay down in my bed so that I could pass out accumulated gas and ease my bloating.
So I would bloat and get so full that it would make me get a hard time in my breathing as if I had drank a lot of liquids. The gasses accumulates not to mention the shifting intestines movements which are like I am having an LBM and it just squeezes my organs especially my lungs and it also doesn't easily pass out when I am sitting down too.
Now I am wary about my diet and am trying avoiding foods with dairy in them especially lactose. It includes coffee creamer and breads with milk in it even at small amounts my guts would instantly react. Sometimes I would think where did the gasses came from because I immediately pass them out even when I am not finished eating yet.
It is so depressing when I realize that I do not have the ability now to completely digest all foods that I wanted especially the milk because it is one of my most beloved foods as I can pair it in any staple like bread and rice easily or take it as it is. This just makes me more vigilant in my diet and I will have to mitigate my eating ways in order to avoid foods in making me ill than healthy.
