I am just glad that in my high school years I did went with my fellow classmates on our yearly field trips. In those years they only permitted the second to the fourth Senior year to be on the field trips because the freshmen are too young to go because of their age and because of the concern of the school administrations for their safety, etc.
One destination besides the educational factor around it is the recreational part which is swimming and as I heard that they would make us have a good time at the pools I went with my own money that I had saved for something like that because extra expenses are not paid by my mother because it is out from her budget.
I just remember that my brother wasn't able to go to one of his field trips because he had no money for it and I realized now that we just missed a lot from our school life if we haven't been able to go with such school activities.
So it really was my first time swimming in a swimming pool and we had gotten in a place where the pools get water from hot springs so the water is really so good to wallow around with. But I actually cannot swim and wasn't fit enough already in those years that I am already starting to show signs of an impending kidney disease.
But we have a relatively cleaner river near us and a long time ago I did planned to go there and do some fishing at least or to learn how to swim. The water is pristine enough for me to dip into and not feel icky so that is my frustration. If only I could have a normal body again I would just go ahead with my plan but was cut short by medical demise.
