I just took a nap and I am thankful that I had snagged a couple of hours of it because I was waiting for my painkiller to take effect so that I could easily walk to the bathroom. It is really hard to walk to the bathroom with painful joint in my feet but all is okay if some of it will go away while I am on the move.
Stiffness on all my joints is the issue that would not resolve, I had it in an exponential manner and I thought it would go away but I was wrong in that thought until my joints feels like a burnt molasses as it feels like I am always trying to soften them up while moving or bending over just to breath easy.
Breathing is the thing I am contending as well but I am thankful that I do not get so breathless the past few days maybe because I was perspiring much due to the hot and humid weather. But my dialysis today will soon make an ease for my well-being and breathing and again I am thankful for this blessed day that I had an opportunity once more to go for my regular dialysis.
