This evening I made a small experiment and that is not drinking coffee after my supper. So what happened was the inevitable and I felt sleepy just after dusk and slept until past 10:00 o'clock in the evening. I do have some intermittent sleep pattern so I just slept again upon seeing that it was still early in the evening so fortunately I had some sleep again until this past 5:00 o'clock in the morning.
It is a nice feeling having to dream a lot while sleeping and this time I had a weird normal dream which of course I can't remember now. It is also weird that some of my dreams I can remember and i even post about it sometimes and I just enjoy them as my natural entertainment although sometimes my heart races when I dream so it makes me wake up prematurely.
Now my mind and brain feels refreshed because I let it get its needed rest through my long sleep today. I do have the habit of trying to be awake all night to enjoy the silence and coolness of the night and to also maximize the use of my time but sometimes our bodies wants its normal pattern of functioning so I did let my body get what it wants and that is to sleep at night time.
Coffee indeed helps me with some of my needs like to have a great mood and acquiring a more attentive mind when I want to learn when somebody is speaking and even for blogging so I can think better, it helps a lot but maybe I ma have to sometimes cut back a bit so that my body's normal needs won't get affected, it is just because I love blogging so much that I want to be "up" all the time.
