Yesterday when I woke up after coming home from my regular dialysis, I felt this something unusual soft thing sticking inside my mouth and I just had an idea immediately what it was. It was a big glob of coagulated blood that I do not know what or where inside my mouth it came from.
So I immediately turn my head left and down on the side of my bed where my spitoon that mother had prepared for me because she knows that I am spitting blood from time to time. A good thing to this is that it doesn't bleed continuously and my body's coagulation function is okay for that matter and that I do not have any infection whatsoever so I am thankful about that.
This evening as I got up from my bed to prepare for having a bath. My drool just gushed down. It is now normal for my mouth to do that because of its structure and the deformity of my Leontiasis that caused it, so wearing a surgical mask with a hanky and a tissue paper is now an essential part of my routine if I would travel and such.
So when I got up and the drool ran out, I saw blood. It is just nasty as if I am a vampire that just had a victim, which in this case, the victim was me. I quickly prevented some to spill out so I lay down again and cleaned myself but it ruined my shirt. I took off my shirt and clothes then proceeded to taking my bath.
Having this kind of deformity particularly what is happening in my mouth and its structure gives me a considerable hardship as I cannot eat, speak, and even socialize normally because people just cannot understand me while I am speaking, it is just frustrating.
This is the reason I always prefer to lay down because to prevent my drool to spill out. I do not like a mess of all sorts because I am a clean person myself. In the lighter side of the matter, my hope is still up that maybe the doctors will find a way to stop this from progressing because it is all not good and we can just guess what will happen of it will not be mended. God help me and God bless the #steemit friends and the community.
