The lady that rents the place is known for smoking cigarettes and has a hookah rig inside her house. That is my guess as to what caused the fire to happen. To prove that this isn't fake and is in fact in my neighborhood So I made a sign with my hand to prove it's real lol

So I feel bad for her,but I hope it wasn't her fault so the charges for damage will be covered by the insurance company
