I did Day 2 of the 80 Day Obsession, and whoa, so many bridges! It was challenging but I did it. My favorite move would be the side lunge (picture of me doing this move). I felt that’s a move I like the most. I feel this program is very pilates-based. I like that it adds strength training, cardio, and pilates together. Loving it so far even though I may have to hit pause a couple of times. Are any of you currently working out to any particular program? If so, let me know in the comment section!
