So Where Did The Fitness Posts Go?
So, if you have been wondering, where have my fitness posts have gone? Rest assured they are coming back! I got a bug or some sort of flu/bug that has been going around. I'm finally feeling better, but since I kept throwing up. While I was sick, I decided to take a break from working out for a while. Now that I'm feeling better, I’m planning on going back to my regular workouts. Past couple of days, I have been doing walks to make sure I'm ready for my regular workouts.
Here is my walking 'workout' from today
As you can see, I walked a little over two miles today. I love the picture of the sun setting. I had to take a picture of it! I love nature and really enjoyed the walk. I find it very relaxing! I have been walking the past couple of days and I feel a lot better. I plan on going back to my regular workouts tomorrow. I'm so happy to get back to the way the things were. Sometimes things will come up and you have to take a break. I will not let this setback get me down. I'm sure, I’ll come back stronger than ever before!
