Hello to all!!! π€
Today I want to introduce you to my old picture. I used to draw with pencils very often. Graphics and now my love, but now I draw with pens. πππ
My love for tattoos began in Japanese style. All tattoos in this style are made according to legends that are endowed with meaning. This carp that turns into a dragon is my life metaphor. I always achieve my goals.
An ancient Chinese legend, which became popular in Japan, says that the brave carp Koi was not afraid to climb up the waterfall jets to the Dragon Gate. As a reward for this feat, he was turned into a dragon. This act made the carp a symbol of courage, strength and perseverance in achieving the goal. π€π
Hokutoki is part of the carpβs journey up the waterfall. The Japanese carp is a stubborn fish that overcomes the turbulent course of a waterfall, symbolizing spiritual victory over oneself and physical victory over encountered obstacles. π²π
I was 16 years old when I painted this picture. I want to share with you some details:
When I painted this drawing, my inner carp had only a dragon head. But now I'm a dragon. I know what I want from life and enjoy every day.
By the way, this drawing became the basis for the tattoo. One brave guy asked me to take my picture for a tattoo. And I agreed. I am pleased that not only am I looking for my own meaning in life.
Now it is just contours. But it turned out quite well. And what do you think? π€
