Good evening everyone. I've been on a kick sharing video clips lately instead of just photos, so why stop now? On our second trip to Yellowstone, we had less time available to us and were planning on skipping Old Faithful as we saw it on the previous trip. However, we happened to stop at the geyser's visitor center to use the restrooms right when an eruption was about to take place, so we decided to hang out and watch it. What a good choice that was. It was a beautiful day and the conditions were just right to make an awesome rainbow!

^^^A photo from the eruption that day.
I did share some photos from this eruption in an early blog post and it talks a little more about Old Faithful, if you'd like to read more about it: (Daily Nature Fix: A Geyser You Can Count On.) One thing I did not share on that post, however, was the video clip that I am about to now. When prepare a post on steemit here, it's great to revisit a lot of these trips through the tons of photographs we have.... but I usually forget about the videos clips; until recently, that is. Here's the clip of the eruption the above photo was taken from, rainbow and all. Enjoy.
