Yes! I'm on my 7th year in college.. And I'm glad that doubt and and disappointment never came into my mind. Perseverance was planted instead.
I am Cindy, a dentistry student..A lady with a dream of finishing school, earning money and most importantly, serving her fellow citizens.. A lady who is easily disappointed but strong enough not to care to the things that might dismay her.

Taking up dentistry isn't really easy. I myself didn't expect how hard it is to finish this course.(nothing great comes easy though)... you need to convince everyone that they have to open their mouth for you to check on them... You need to extend your patience like rapunzel's hair while waiting for your very late patients... You have to learn how to mingle with other people for you to have patients... You should be early for school for you to have a dental chair (no dental chair= unproductive day)... You have to balance lectures and finishing clinical cases.. Sorry but you have to hold-up your parents and ask for money everytime you see them : for dental materials, for dental laboratory and for food allowance.. And the thing i hate the most is: You have to be ready and know what to answer everytime they ask you "When will you graduate?"or Are you graduating this sem?" .. I was like 😡 .. But me don't care.. For so long as I am doing my part .. Who cares.. They're not the one in this situation 😊.
But despite all this hardships in the school of dentistry, it's fun just the same.. You got to experience the great feeling of being called "Doc"..You have a chance to travel places and render your service to them..and most importantly.. You got to treat a patient for free and have them thank you then you'll suddenly realize how happy you are at the end of the day.
All these... will make me say to you "DON'T GIVE UP" On your dreams, on your love ones, on your careers and ON YOURSELF 😊
