Holo-blooms
Flux of bloomèd clover,
iris-arced bosom of hues.
Sunshine, periwinkle, fuchsia,
lush-midriff of flow'ring news.
Self-ghast, buoyant miscreant
of greys which melt with green.
Bland e'er-perfect, hypnotized
life felt: yet ne'er seen.
Praise the simple impotence
of life in frigid forms!
This body, naught but spirit dust:
the heartly home of worms.
Strewn the crystal tears or seeds
which sow bright worlds anew.
Meander through the labyrinth hence—
Sweet vaster swirls to view.
