Baltimore’s Light City festival is a collection of light displays across Baltimore’s Inner Harbor and other points around the city. The festival combines illuminated art and entertainment that draws over 400,000 people downtown over the nine days of the festival. Last year was the second year of the festival and I took this photo of one of the light displays. A static photo doesn’t do justice to many of the displays since the lights change second by second.
