On November 28th, one of the most important AMAs in the Hive ecosystem took place. Yes, I´m talking about the Khal and company [AMA](https://twitter.com/khalkaz/status/1729511313259295190?t=6yc45icRxzXRITAewxvFZA&s=19), which attracted over 1500 people. It´s insane and shows the grea work the InLeo Team is doing.
Another example of the AMA´s success was thath they actually broke the threadcast, and they had to open another one. It was carzay! (That´s why there are two threadcast in Zealy´s task, by the way)
Perhaps you attended this AMA, so I´d love to hear your opinion on the topics discussed.
I missed it, so I had to catch up. If you missed it, I´ll share my thoughts on the topics covered, and invite you to the next AMA that´s about to happen.
Let´s dive into the topics covered:
1. Cash Flow in Web3
In the world of Web3, cash flow is a big deal. It's all about how money moves around in this decentralized and transparent technology. Instead of relying on those old-school financial middlemen, Web3 uses fancy stuff like smart contracts and blockchain to make direct and secure transactions between people.
Now, why is cash flow so important for projects like InLeo? Well, picture this: investors and sponsors want to put their money in things that actually make sense financially and can bring in some sweet returns in the long run. Having a positive cash flow is like showing off your financial muscles. It proves that your project has a solid financial foundation and can handle whatever the market throws at it.
Basically, cash flow is the lifeblood of a project. It keeps things running smoothly, helps gain the trust of investors, and ensures that the project can keep chugging along even when things get tough. So, if you want to make it big in Web3, you better keep an eye on that cash flow and make sure it's flowing in the right direction.
2.1800 Monthly Active Users
Yes, you read it right. I´m not mistaken. InLeo reached 1800 active users in just one month. It surprised me a lot, not just because of the number itself, but because of the meteoric rise of the InLeo team.
Is true that they´ve been in the ecosystem for a while, but we´ve seen how challenging it has been to fully develop the InLeo concept. They have reinvented themselves more than once, and now they have a work-in-progress proposal to offer, a much-needed product in Web3.
Moreover, I like Khal´s ambition, as he´s not satisfied with this figure and aims for an even gher number. He attributes this growth to the high-quality content generated. It´s true that the most active users on Hive, publish and engage within the InLeo community.
Khal also attriuttes the achieved number to their focus on the community and, of course, the campaigns they have been running on Web2 with the objective to attract attention to InLeo.
In my opinion, they are doing a great job. Although marketing campaigns can be a huge expense, the long-term return must be tremendous. They are creating a phenomenon within the blockchain. Today, no matter where you´re from, you know something about InLeo or the Campaigns.. While success takes time and effort, the team is on the right track.
3.Leo Ambassadors in Various Communities
Nowadays, any project or company that wants o stand out needs ambassadors. People on social media are influenced by influencer. So, I believe it´s logical for InLeo to have its ambassadors. I think priority should be given to creators within their community, as they are the primary use cases for InLeo. As a Hiver user, I think we should support them, interact with them, and in many cases, even collaborate with them.
I don´t aggre with working with influencers who promote other Web3 projects. In many case, I don´t follow many of these "influencers" due to their bad reputation, as many of them don´t understand or get involved with what they promote.
However, in this world, nothing is absolute, and I imagine there are good influencers who can genuinely help InLeo Achieve its goals. I wish them luck in this task, and I´ll support those who help InLeo grow because it means growth for Hive.
4.New Rewards Pool in the Hive Campaign on Zealy
By now, you´re probably tired of hearing about the December Campaign. It´s true that it´s the biggest reward pool to date. But above all, these campaigns are great for promoting Hive on other plattaforms and attracting organic traffic to our home.
I´m participating in the campaign, and I don´t know where I´ll end uo, but so far, I´ve had a lot of fun and learned things I had pending. In fact, here I am writing in this community (in future post, I want to expand a bit on my experience in the campaign)
5.InLeo Premium
This topic is a bit controversial, and everyone has their own opinion. Personally, I approve of it, although I think there are still many things that need to be done to make it desirable for various audiences. However, I do believe it's an important source of income for the project.
If you're one of the users who already has the premium membership, feel free to leave a comment about what led you to purchase it. Maybe you'll motivate someone else or even convince me further.
To wrap it up, it's exciting to see the future plans the InLeo team has and the sacrifices they're making to move their project forward. When the Hive nodes were (and some still are) struggling, the InLeo team did their best and never turned their backs on the community. On the contrary, they've always been supportive. So, I think this project deserves support because it's one of the flag bearers of Hive and deserves the backing of everyone. At least, they have my support.
