Hello hivers ... how's you all .. hope you all doing great..
Yesterday I was free from the work so decided to cook something at home...
So with some of my friends I cook Paav Bhaji... an Indian dish

Ingredients
4 medium size potatoes
1 medium size cauliflower
4 tomatoes
2 onions
4 carrots
100 grams green peas
1 large Shimala capsicum green
8 green capsicum
Ginger garlic paste
Salt
Red chili powder
Green coriander
100 gram butter
Pay bhaji masala
1 lemon
And baked bread(pav)
First of all you have to boil all the vegetables to make their mess.

This messy texture is the key to make a perfect Bhaji..
Now we have yo add the spices with Tadaka.. so for this we will take half of the butter in a pan and add some khade masale..
And will add finely choped onions.. and make the saute

Now add peas and capsicum and fry them till they loose their hardness..

When these all are mixed well and looking fried add the spices .. and fry for next few minutes..
Now add the meshed vegetables in to the pan.. and mix well
This has to cook till it start loosing butter..
Add the remaining butter in it..
Butter gives it a good taste.
Now fry the pavs in the butter on a tawa .. and serve them with bhaji..
