What a good exercise walking down and wakling up the stair behind St. Michael's Church.
When you haven't done any exercise or workout for a while, it's like you have walk 10km already wakling up this stairs, that shows you are not as fit as before... Definitely need to di this regularly to get fit again.
It's covered stair walkway actually..for public use from the parking space to the church when parking spaces are full up there.
After 6 rounds of up and down we decided to call it a wrapped for today's walk excercise... Took a photo of the church at night and few other at the surrounding.
